What turnover means

Turnover, also called wagering or rollover, is the total amount you must bet before a bonus becomes withdrawable. At the platform, turnover is calculated on the deposit plus the bonus amount combined, not just the bonus alone.

For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a RM100 bonus, your required turnover applies to RM200. This means you must wager that full combined sum a set number of times before any winnings can be cashed out.

Game weighting differences

Not all games count equally toward turnover. Slots generally contribute in full, meaning every ringgit you bet on slots goes toward the requirement. This makes them the fastest way to clear a bonus.

Live dealer tables, such as blackjack or roulette, contribute only a fraction of your wager. Low-odds sportsbook selections, like heavy favourites, often contribute nothing at all, so check the terms before placing bets.

Maximum bet limits

While a bonus balance is active, the site enforces a maximum bet per spin or wager. This limit is usually stated in the bonus terms, and it applies regardless of whether you use cash or bonus funds.

Exceeding this limit can void the bonus and any winnings tied to it. Always monitor your bet size to stay within the allowed range, especially on slots with high bet options.

Expiry and forfeiture

Bonuses at the platform run on a rolling window starting from the moment they are credited. This window is typically a set number of days, after which any remaining bonus balance and winnings are removed.

If you fail to complete the turnover requirement in time, the bonus portion is forfeited, but your original deposit is never lost. You can still withdraw the deposit amount if it was not wagered, subject to standard withdrawal rules.
